International summer camp of traditional Aikido in Lithuania

Ulf Evenås holds the rank of 7 dan Aikikai and Aikikai Shihan. He was also awarded 7 Dan and full certification in Bukiwaza (5th level) by Morihiro Saito Sensei, who also appointed Ulf a Shihan and his personal representative.
Ulf started Aikido in 1968 and Takemusu Aikido in 1969. He went to Iwama to study under Morihiro Saito Sensei in 1973 for half a year, and went back for a longer stay in 1977. From 1981 until 2002, Ulf has at least once a year, trained under Morihiro Saito Sensei, in Iwama or on seminars. Ulf is the chief instructor of the Gothenburg Aikido Club and continues to spread Aikido by teaching seminars worldwide.

Camp will be arranged at "Žuvėdra" resort in Giruliai. Resort itself is located in a lovely place surrounded with beautiful nature - sea and pinewood. It takes 15 - 20 min. to the downtown with local transportation. Participants will be accommodated in wooden cottages containing 4 or 5 people. Catering will cover 8 - 12 of August including. There's local coffee bar available. WC and shower outside.

Camp consists of five full days of training. It is open to all participants, regardless of their rank, style or organization. Please bring bokken and jo alongside.

Make sure that you are fully insured for aikido practice in Lithuania.

Camp is limited up to 60 participants. In order to be included at the participation list, please fill in this registration form before 20th of May 2011 and pay advance fee of 50 Euro before 1st of June 2011. Rest part must be paid after arrival before the training starts.

Before transferring money please ensure that you will be participating in the Camp. Withdrawing your participation you will be fully refunded advance fee (except banking taxes) if you will inform organizers via e-mail before 15th of June. Otherwise money will not be returned.
